1. What Jettson Is

Jettson is an AI-powered productivity platform built and operated by RWX-TEK INC. It provides AI-assisted capabilities including conversational chat, research assistance, content creation, and an agentic mode that can interact with connected third-party services on your behalf. Jettson is a software tool designed to enhance personal and professional productivity.

Jettson is NOT a licensed professional service. It is not a law firm, medical practice, financial advisory firm, therapy service, accounting firm, or any other licensed professional entity. RWX-TEK INC is a software technology company, not a licensed professional services firm of any kind.

2. What AI Can and Cannot Do

Modern large language model (LLM) AI, including the models that power Jettson, is capable of impressive outputs:

• Drafting and editing written content
• Answering general knowledge questions
• Summarizing documents
• Brainstorming ideas
• Translating text
• Generating code
• Many other text-based tasks

However, AI has significant and important limitations:

• AI does not have real-time access to current information unless explicitly connected to live data sources. Jettson's knowledge may be outdated.
• AI can generate confident-sounding statements that are factually incorrect — a phenomenon known as “hallucination.”
• AI does not understand context the way a human expert does. It cannot fully account for your unique circumstances, local laws, personal medical history, or specific financial situation.
• AI does not hold professional licenses, does not have professional ethics obligations, and does not carry malpractice liability.
• AI models can be biased based on their training data in ways that are unpredictable or non-apparent to users.
• AI outputs vary — the same input may produce different outputs at different times.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs from Jettson may contain errors, factual inaccuracies, hallucinated information, outdated data, logical inconsistencies, and content that is plausible-sounding but incorrect. RWX-TEK makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

BEFORE RELYING ON ANY JETTSON OUTPUT FOR ANY DECISION OF CONSEQUENCE — INCLUDING DECISIONS AFFECTING YOUR BUSINESS, FINANCES, LEGAL RIGHTS, HEALTH, SAFETY, EMPLOYMENT, OR RELATIONSHIPS — YOU MUST INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THAT OUTPUT USING AUTHORITATIVE AND QUALIFIED SOURCES.

RWX-TEK is not liable for harm arising from reliance on AI-generated content without independent verification.

4. Not Professional Advice

Do not use Jettson outputs as a substitute for consulting a qualified, licensed professional in legal, medical, financial, mental health, tax, safety, or any other regulated domain. RWX-TEK expressly disclaims all liability for harm arising from using Jettson as a substitute for professional advice.

5. Powered by Anthropic and OpenAI

Jettson is powered by large language model APIs from Anthropic, Inc. (Claude models) and OpenAI, LLC (GPT models). RWX-TEK INC does not build, own, train, or operate its own AI models. The AI capabilities, behaviors, limitations, and output quality of Jettson are dependent on models provided by these third-party providers.

RWX-TEK is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI beyond its status as an enterprise API customer. Anthropic and OpenAI are independent companies with their own terms of service, privacy policies, and research directions.

6. No Training on Your Data

RWX-TEK does not use your data — including your Jettson inputs, conversation history, documents you upload, or data from your connected integrations — to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. This applies to models operated by both Anthropic and OpenAI.

RWX-TEK's enterprise agreements with both Anthropic and OpenAI explicitly prohibit the use of customer data for model training purposes. Your Jettson usage data does not make the underlying AI models smarter. Your conversations are not read, reviewed, or used to improve model performance.

7. AI Features May Change

Jettson's AI capabilities depend entirely on third-party AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI. These providers continuously research, update, improve, and sometimes deprecate their models. As a result:

• Jettson's output quality, behavior, and capabilities may change at any time, including without advance notice from RWX-TEK
• Specific features relying on particular model capabilities may be altered or discontinued if a provider changes their model
• Jettson's tone, style, knowledge cutoff, reasoning ability, and other output characteristics may change as providers update their models
• AI provider policy changes may require RWX-TEK to restrict, modify, or discontinue certain Jettson capabilities

RWX-TEK is not liable for changes in Jettson's AI output quality or behavior resulting from AI provider actions.

8. FTC Compliance — No Performance Guarantees

In compliance with FTC guidance on AI product marketing: RWX-TEK makes no specific performance guarantees regarding Jettson AI feature outputs. Results vary significantly based on:

• The nature and quality of your inputs
• Your specific use case
• The AI model used at the time of the request
• The inherent variability of AI large language model outputs

Examples, demos, or case studies represent specific instances and are not guarantees of typical or expected results. Testimonials or examples in RWX-TEK marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not representative of all users.

9. California SB 942 Compliance

California SB 942 (the AI Transparency Act) requires AI system providers to disclose when content is AI-generated. RWX-TEK complies with this requirement as follows:

• All outputs generated by Jettson's AI features are identified as AI-generated within the Jettson platform interface.
• Jettson includes appropriate disclosures at the point of AI content generation within the product experience.
• Users may request information about whether specific content received through Jettson was AI-generated by contacting customertek@rwxtek.com.

When using Jettson to generate content for publication or distribution, you are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content is appropriately disclosed to recipients as required by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs produced by large language models trained on large text corpora may sometimes generate outputs that closely resemble, are substantially similar to, or potentially infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. RWX-TEK does not warrant that any AI-generated output is free from third-party IP claims.

The intellectual property status of AI-generated content is an evolving and unsettled area of law in the United States and globally. Before publishing, distributing, commercializing, or incorporating AI-generated content into products or services, you should:

• Have an attorney review the content for potential IP issues if the stakes are material
• Verify that AI outputs are not substantially similar to known copyrighted works
• Obtain appropriate rights clearances if you are uncertain about a specific output
• Understand that you assume full responsibility for any IP claims arising from your use of AI-generated content

RWX-TEK expressly disclaims all liability for intellectual property infringement claims arising from your use of AI-generated content produced by Jettson.
