1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of services provided by RWX-TEK INC, a California C-Corporation, including:
- The Jettson AI productivity platform (web and Mac desktop) available at jettson.dev
- The rwxtek.com website
- Any RWX-TEK APIs
- Custom software development services provided by RWX-TEK INC
This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service at rwxtek.com/terms. All capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. By using any RWX-TEK service, you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or other enforcement actions as described in Section 5.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use RWX-TEK services to generate, store, transmit, distribute, or facilitate any of the following categories of prohibited content:
2.1 Illegal Content
Content that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law; facilitates illegal activities; promotes illegal goods or services; or constitutes illegal speech under applicable law.
2.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Zero Tolerance
Any sexual content involving minors is a zero-tolerance violation and constitutes an immediate severe violation under Section 5.4. There is no warning, no suspension period, and no right of appeal. Upon discovery of a CSAM violation, RWX-TEK will immediately terminate the account, preserve evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is AI-generated, user-uploaded, or transmitted through a connected integration.
2.3 Violence and Threats
Content that constitutes, depicts, glorifies, or incites violence; credible threats of physical harm against identifiable individuals or groups; or content that facilitates or glorifies terrorism.
2.4 Harassment and Doxxing
Content designed to harass, intimidate, bully, or stalk identifiable individuals; content that reveals or aggregates private personal information (including home address, phone number, financial information, or private images) without consent (“doxxing”); or content designed to incite others to harass specific individuals.
2.5 Fraud and Deception
Phishing content; fraudulent misrepresentations; impersonation of individuals, companies, or government entities; content designed to deceive recipients into providing personal or financial information or access credentials; fake reviews or testimonials; or counterfeit documentation.
2.6 Spam
Unsolicited bulk commercial communications; content designed to be used in spam campaigns regardless of medium (email, SMS, social media, or messaging); or content designed to circumvent spam filters.
2.7 Malware and Cyberattack Tools
Viruses, ransomware, spyware, worms, trojans, keyloggers, or other malicious code; content or tools designed to exploit security vulnerabilities in third-party systems; tools for unauthorized computer access; or DDoS attack tools or scripts.
2.8 Defamation
False statements of fact about identifiable individuals or entities presented as true, where such content could constitute defamation under applicable law.
2.9 Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party, including systematic reproduction of copyrighted materials without authorization.
3. Prohibited Platform Behaviors
In addition to prohibited content, the following behaviors are prohibited when using any RWX-TEK service:
3.1 Reverse Engineering
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract source code, algorithms, models, or proprietary methodologies from any RWX-TEK software, the Jettson platform, or AI models accessible through the platform.
3.2 Credential Sharing
Sharing your account credentials (username, password, or API keys) with other individuals; allowing other individuals to use your account; or selling or transferring account access. Each Jettson account is issued to and for use by a single individual user.
3.3 Account Transfer
Transferring, selling, or gifting your Jettson account to another person, or acquiring or using an account originally registered by another person.
3.4 Multiple Accounts
Creating more than one Jettson account for personal use in order to circumvent credit limits, daily usage limits, free tier restrictions, subscription tier restrictions, or to avoid the effects of a prior suspension or termination.
3.5 Automated Scraping
Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts, or any non-human means to systematically extract data from RWX-TEK websites or the Jettson platform, except through RWX-TEK's published API with explicit written permission for commercial or bulk data use.
3.6 API Abuse
Exceeding documented API rate limits; using the API in ways that consume disproportionate server resources; using the API for purposes not permitted by the Terms of Service; or reselling API access to third parties.
3.7 Denial of Service
Attempting to overwhelm, crash, or degrade RWX-TEK's services or infrastructure through excessive automated requests, coordinated attacks, or any other means.
3.8 Circumventing Rate or Credit Limits
Using technical means — including request interception, API manipulation, or session manipulation — to circumvent Jettson's credit consumption tracking, credit limits, or subscription tier restrictions.
3.9 Unauthorized Access
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, RWX-TEK's databases, administrative systems, infrastructure, or any data belonging to other users.
4. AI-Specific Prohibitions
The following additional prohibitions apply specifically to use of Jettson's AI features:
4.1 Disinformation and Misinformation
Using Jettson to generate disinformation or misinformation — including fabricated news stories, false quotes attributed to real public figures, fake scientific claims, fraudulent statistics, or content designed to deceive the public about factual matters — and then distributing or publishing such content.
4.2 Deepfakes and Synthetic Impersonation
Using Jettson to generate synthetic media (text, images, audio, or video generated or described by AI) that falsely depicts or impersonates real identifiable individuals without their consent, especially where such content is intended to damage reputation, deceive others, or facilitate fraud.
4.3 Impersonation Content
Generating content that impersonates real people, organizations, government agencies, or official communications for deceptive purposes.
4.4 Violations of AI Provider Policies
Using Jettson in ways that violate Anthropic's usage policies (anthropic.com/legal/aup) or OpenAI's usage policies (openai.com/policies/usage-policies). Because Jettson uses these providers' APIs, your use of Jettson must comply with those providers' policies in addition to this AUP.
4.5 Content Designed to Deceive or Manipulate
Generating content specifically designed to psychologically manipulate individuals through deceptive techniques, including dark patterns in persuasive content, exploiting cognitive biases for harmful purposes, or manipulating vulnerable individuals.
4.6 Targeted Harassment Content
Using Jettson to generate content whose primary purpose is to harass, intimidate, threaten, or humiliate specific identifiable individuals. This includes generating fake personal communications attributed to real individuals, generating harassing messages for distribution, or generating content designed to damage a specific person's reputation without factual basis.
4.7 Circumventing AI Safety Measures
Attempting to bypass, jailbreak, or circumvent the safety guidelines, content filters, and policy constraints built into Jettson's AI models, including through prompt injection, role-playing scenarios designed to elicit prohibited content, or any other technique designed to override model safety behaviors.
4.8 Autonomous Harmful Agent Actions
Directing the Jettson Agent to take actions in connected integrations (Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Telegram, and others) that are harmful, deceptive, unauthorized, or that would violate third-party rights. Examples include directing the Agent to send spam emails from a connected Gmail account, impersonate other individuals in communications, or access content in connected accounts that you do not own or have authorization to access.
5. Enforcement
RWX-TEK enforces this AUP using a tiered system based on the severity and frequency of violations.
5.1 Tier 1 — Minor Violations (Written Warning)
Applicable to: First-time, non-intentional, minor violations that do not cause material harm.
Response: RWX-TEK will send a written warning to your registered email address describing the specific violation and what correction is required. No account action is taken for a Tier 1 warning. Continued behavior after a written warning will escalate to Tier 2.
5.2 Tier 2 — Repeated or Moderate Violations (Temporary Suspension)
Applicable to: Repeat Tier 1 violations after a written warning; first-time moderate violations causing limited harm; or violations not severe enough for immediate action but that meaningfully violate the letter or spirit of this AUP.
Response: Temporary account suspension for a period of 7 to 30 days at RWX-TEK's reasonable discretion based on the nature and severity of the violation. During the suspension period, you will have no access to any RWX-TEK Services. For paid subscribers, billing continues during a suspension period; no credits will be issued unless the suspension was made in error. After the suspension period, your account will be restored with a final warning that any further violations will result in Tier 3 action.
5.3 Tier 3 — Severe or Repeated Violations (Permanent Termination)
Applicable to: Any Tier 2 violation recurring after a suspension; severe violations causing material harm; or intentional and deliberate violations.
Response: Permanent account termination. Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of termination. No refund will be issued for any prepaid subscription fees. You may not create a new RWX-TEK account without prior written approval from RWX-TEK.
5.4 Immediate Termination (No Warning, No Appeal)
The following violations will result in immediate account termination without prior warning, regardless of subscription status, and without any right of appeal:
- Generation, transmission, storage, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
- Credible, specific threats of physical violence against identifiable individuals
- Active cyberattacks against RWX-TEK's systems or other users' systems conducted through the Services
- Active cooperation with or facilitation of a law enforcement investigation targeting another RWX-TEK user through unauthorized use of the Services
For CSAM violations, RWX-TEK will preserve evidence and make mandatory reports to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable state law.
6. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected AUP violation, send an email to legal@rwxtek.com with the subject line “AUP Violation Report.” Your report should include:
- A description of the suspected violation
- Relevant URLs or account identifiers, if known
- The basis for your belief that a violation is occurring
RWX-TEK will review all reports and take appropriate action in its reasonable discretion. RWX-TEK will not disclose the identity of users who submit good-faith AUP violation reports, except as required by law.
7. Appeals
If your account is suspended under Tier 1 or Tier 2, you may submit a written appeal within 14 days of receiving the suspension notice. Send your appeal to legal@rwxtek.com with the subject line “Account Suspension Appeal.” Your appeal should describe why you believe the suspension was unwarranted or how the underlying issue has been resolved.
RWX-TEK will respond to appeals within 14 business days.
There is no right of appeal for immediate terminations under Section 5.4. Those decisions are final. Submitting a fraudulent, misleading, or bad-faith appeal may itself be treated as a separate AUP violation.
8. Updates to This AUP
RWX-TEK reserves the right to update this AUP at any time to address new types of misuse, changes in applicable law, or the addition of new platform features.
For material changes to this AUP, RWX-TEK will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to your registered address on file. Your continued use of any RWX-TEK service after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
